This comprehensive program offers a structured and in-depth exploration of yoga, combining both traditional and contemporary elements. It encompasses three Classical Salutations, which are time-honored sequences that serve as a foundation for a holistic practice. In addition, the program includes Antirheumatic Movements and Asana specifically designed to promote joint health and enhance students' strength and flexibility.
A key focus of the program is to equip student teachers with the necessary skills to instruct and guide practitioners at all levels. This includes teaching the fundamentals, as well as developing the ability to create well-rounded and engaging Vinyasa Classes. The emphasis is on formulating informative sequences while offering appropriately challenging variations to cater to diverse practitioners.

100 Hour Vinyasa Teacher Training
Dates: July 22-30 2023
9 Day Weekend Intensive Module
Saturdays and Sundays 8am-5pm
Monday-Friday 4pm-8pm
The daily schedule will be posted and follow this basic structure most weekends. Schedule is subject to variation.
Weekend Schedule (Saturday/Sunday):
- 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM: Hot Vinyasa 60 Asana practice.
- 10:00 AM - 10:30 AM: Break.
- 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM: Lecture modules.
- 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM: Lunch break.
- 1:30 PM - 3:30 PM: Teaching Practicum.
- 3:30 PM - 4:30 PM: Hot Vinyasa 45 Asana practice.
- 4:30 PM - 5:00 PM: Break.
- 5:00 PM - 6:30 PM: Posture Mechanics.
- 6:30 PM - 7:00 PM: Closing Practices.

- Teaching Practicum: Practice teaching and receive feedback.
- Posture Mechanics: Learn alignment and adjustments.
- Beginner Pranayama: Explore foundational breathwork techniques.
- Surya Namaskar + Sun A & B: Understand traditional sun salutations.
- Standing Poses: Study standing poses and effective sequencing.
- Separate Leg Poses: Focus on hip and leg-opening poses.
- Warming Up + Antirheumatics + Blockage Removing Asana: Learn sequences for warming up and energy flow.
- Side Body: Explore lateral movements.
- Front Body and Back Body: Strengthen and stretch the front and back of the body.
- Meditative Asana: Guide students into introspection and meditation.
- Long Holds: Experience extended pose holds.
- Savasana and Relaxation: Teach deep relaxation techniques.
- Heat: Understand the effects and benefits of heat in Vinyasa.
- Elements of Structuring a Complete Class: Design well-rounded Vinyasa classes.
- Comparative Yoga Studies: Learn about yoga philosophy, history, and styles.
